Your batteries are probably low.

a parallel link cable and W32Tranx and my calculator
doesn't receive any group files. when i send a group
file to my calculator, it only receives the first file
in the group file and then it stops. any explanation

You have to go to Var-Link and select Receive. Trying to do it at the Home
screen will only let you transfer one file at a time.
