You're not totally right.
There is the french flash app included in the package so that you can
install the french package into your calc. But the basecode default language
is english. French is just an option.

Ahh..ok. So TI in France released AMS 2.00 already but not in the U.S. yet.
Am I right that the entire OS is in French?
