A89: Tilemap optimizations




Hello, 
   I have a tilemap routine that I am using for a game that I making,
but I need to tewak it alittle.  It works fine now, but for what I am
planning to do with it, it will need to be as fast as possible.  Anyone
here know about clock optimizations?  If you do and would like to help,
