hi, i am new to the list since i am considering moving over to the ti89 
from my old standby the 48sx...mainly cuz i like the 68k and know a 
little assembly lang. from my Atari ST, and Sinclair QL days..


here's my question about this rom issue.

since the 89 has flash rom, can one install either version of the ROM 
they need at a given time easily ? or is one stuck with either the old or 
plus version ?  if i am looking for a new 89, how can i tell which 
version of the rom is in it ?
