In the normal use of your calculator, it is very, very doubtful that you
could damage the flash rom from over use.  Maybe if you use your calc for
the next 15 years and archive variables everyday, you might, but besides
that, I don't think it could happen.

Only Archiving (writting) to the memory wears it out.  It can be Unarchived
(read) an unlimited amount of time with no problems.
