The TI-89 has much more FlashROM memory than it has ROM to
put in it.  The rest of the FlashROM is yours to use.  Since it can't
be accessed the same way memory can and it's much slower to
write to, it's called the "data archive".  This is true for the TI-92+ as
well.  The 92 does not have FlashROM and therefore does not have
a data archive.
