Maybe it's kind of like, "Mad Hatters," the guys in the old days
that used to make hats.  Because they dipped them in mercury,
they were often very close to insane, hence the "mad."  This
is relevant because we all know you'd have to be crazy to use
a Mac, whether or not they are better (which is not to be debated
here).  Or he could have meant "Mac Haters," in which case he
was either yelling at some group of people who dislike Macs or
he was trying to get the attention of everyone who hates Macs.

Who knows and/or cares?
