I for one enjoy it. It lets me learn about all the crap I missed out on, not
being up to date and all. I have to thank you all.

How is this not productive, by the way? As you said, it promotes fertile
discussion, and from that, ideas are formed, and ideas are needed for a
productive society.

I 'll agree I didn't join the list to be up to date on the platform wars, but as
I stated earlier, I have enjoyed it. If you don't like it, why do you complain?
you could just as easily delete the email if you don't want to learn or don't
have a say in it.
