the easiest way is to look in your temp internet files
internet explorer keeps them in "C:\windows\temp
internet files\". you can just copy them from there
if that doesn't work look at the source code to the
html and find the address of the movie file
<embed src="movs\mymov.avi"> then go to
"http://www.thesite.com/movs/mymov.avi"
