That's the same for 85/86.  Mask means to disable.  I don't remember what
state means what (think off means mask), but flip the bit to disable timer
interrupts.  That's how you turn the calc off by hand, along with turning
off the LCD.  Remember, if you do that, the only interrupt that can be
generated to restore the calc is the ON key.
