you can get the calc to run 3x-4x faster (18-24mHz) by simply removing the
c13 (is this the right one?) capacitor.  I did and have had no ill side
effects.  Don't even bother putting a different capacitor in; just remove
it.

as long as we're on the topic. what would increasing the voltage by very
small increments do?  if done carefully couldn't we get even more speed out
of it?
