Last time I uploaded a program and it actually got through, it took
approx. 3 weeks.  One day a huge page full of programs showed up on the
ticalc front page as a burst.  The last prog I uploaded was about a week
ago I think, and it hasn't made it so far... wonder how long this one'll
take?

Also, when you were around emails actually got ANSWERED, imagine that. 
Now they don't. (Well, I take that back.  I got one email back about a
month after I sent it.)  But you can't email them to tell them you
uploaded a buggy version by mistake, 'cause by the time they read it,
they've already accepted the program out of the queue (which is a while
later).
