these are the same as the numbers for the _disp_stock_menu &
_load_stock_menu calls i posted.
any luck figuring out the other numbers? there should be 8 groups, based
on the last three bits:
last extra
bist bytes description
000 0 paste command
001 5 two bytes, followed by a jp xxxx
010 1 system menu
011 1/2 if the first is $fd or $fe
100 3
101 2
110 0? i think doesn't get displayed
111 5
the extra bytes are between the menu item type byte and the string, but
what are they all for?
