Bill,

For the next version of ASE, can you bring back support for 86 programs 
to write back to themselves (ie, the saving methods used in Vexed, 
DStar, Sokoban, etc)?  I really miss this feature since those are some 
of my favorite games.  Why did you remove it in the first place?

Also, how probable is 83 emulation?

ASE is great, keep up the good work.
