when the '/' refers to 'index.html' that is a server side setting it could be
changed to achhooey.html the ti-philes page is
 http://b60414.cwru.edu/ti-philes
also '/' u dont have to have a slash since the browser (server maybe?)
automatically assumes there is on the if you're calling a directory
