Uh, WRONG!

The 85 and 86 filetypes are different!  "**TI8X**" is NOT the only
difference!  This will not work, there's an extended signature and the VAT
name format is different.  (Sorry, but I'm tired of hearing people say
that!)

Just use your Winlink86 software to send the 85 file.  Change the mask to
*.85*: that works fine.
