hmm.
i dont know. i have used a company name to buy parts from
mouser/jdr/digikey/techamerica etc.  the electronics companies.
no problmes so far.
i dont know.  to find out more, contact the Department of Commerce (that
doesnt soound right. hmmm) in your city.
