A85: Introducing a BReaKtHrOUgh!

Introducing a thing I have been waiting to speak about for a LONG time. Have
you ever wondered what the next breakthrough on the 85 would be? Oh, well,
here it is. I present to assembly-85 FULL MOTION VIDEO on the ti-85. This
player has given much inspiration to me, because I see so much potential. All
of this was coded by Erik Huizing, (I just came up with the idea). Also, for
the macintosh, (and soon for the PC), there is a Movie editor... a sprite-
driven workshop that can save movie files and even animate them to give you an
idea for how the movie currently looks (as well as exporting it to ASM). THIS
MOVIE PLAYER HAS COMPRESSION THAT KICKS ASS. Plain and simple. With the
algorithm we have devised for this, I have seen compression on a movie at up
to 88% (For example, I made a movie that was approx 17400 bytes and the
algorithm for compression shrunk it to 1400 bytes.) This thing is
revolutionary. See for yourself: Visit Erik's homepage:
http://www.acs.ucalgary.ca/~ehuizing and download the two movies we have
prepared in 85s format. The macintosh program is also currently available, as
the PC is on the way. The source for the player is also available, as you
will have to use it to compile your own movies. So please, do visit
http://www.acs.ucalgary.ca/~ehuizing. Watch and be amazed.

Thank you for your attention. :)
