It takes up memory, but compared to the old ROMFix string, it takes up
very little (about 100 bytes, compared to 400 bytes or so).  Another
reason for the size increase is the Interrupt vector being included
within Rigel.  Personally, I think it's a nice option to not have to
worry about having an external string when you wish to give Rigel to a
friend.
