LZ: turbo

To anyone who has turboed their 85 and have not replaced C9 with anything:


Which ROM versions do you have?
Are there any versions that crash more than others when it's turboed without
a replacement cap?
Is there any way to slow the calc in a game that uses greyscale?


I figured the greyscale in daedalus or xc1794692630864.705=B3 (#?) would=
 clear
out the background prog...like GM or turboslo.
Oh and about turboslo-I have ROM 10.0 and the only bug I have discovered
with it is when you exit zshell and try to graph a function.  It freezes the
calc and you lose everything, but why would one use it outside zshell...?
And it doesn't freeze when you just view the graph screen--only when
calculating the function.


Thirdly, or fourthly-I lost count-someone said that he tried to turbo it and
it wouldn't turn on.  Bunt component?  Carelessness?  Could you just solder
over the burnt connection?  Is there any technique that works well?


I'd love to turbo it but I'm anal AND penniless and I really don't want to
screw up the calc.
