In TI-BASIC?  Why that?  If your program is in zshell, then it should
reprint pretty dang fast, as in you shouldn't be able to even seeit
redrawing.  It should be almost *instant*.(BTW, how big is this picture?)
However, if you're programming this in TI-BASIC, then of course it's going
to redraw slow, because TI-BASIC itself is slow.  There really is no way to
make TI-BASIC slow without turboing your calculator.
