[A83] Current List - 2nd email
I had sent this with an example screenshot but it seems to have not made it
through.
So, the current needs list is as follows(well reasonable ones):
1) Split AF register into individual flags and allow changing
2) In addition to straight register values, show memory location assuming
16bit register pair is a pointer.
3) Follow code as appropriated by different stack PC values. (editable?)
4) Easy type-editing of RAM(implemented, not released)
5) Flash support(this new version will need to be tested after release
for usual reliability and accuracy).
6) Check on the interrupt timing issues - an example to run would be
greatly appreciated.
7) Silver cable downloading - well, I don't have one but I know for a
fact that those versions of the ROM aren't going to download/run right, not
on the beta 5 version.
I'm not going to mess with the ROM wizard unless there's some proof that
it is really needed. Otherwise, just download TI's flash debugger and use
the .clc files.
Btw, this release will be updates for TI-73(.clc), TI-83+, TI-83+ SE. I'm
leaving the rest alone, this will probably be a stand-alone update for this
z80 set. I really don't want to integrate the 2 sources.
Also, do any of you require high-level functions such as the virtual
linker and all that on this? I'm trying to gauge how much to work on
re-integration and how much to work on the list.
