Actually this domain registration service is run by some people from The
Netherlands (Holland). There are no PC/servers whatsoever on Tokelau, hence
they have no electricity. But we (the Dutch people) are are not as 'scrapy'
as people tend to think, so (after we have asked) we give away the domains
for free...
