If you are looking for a program to convert a picture into a title screen,
then I suggest using Matt Johnson's Image Studio. It exports to several
formats, and does interpolation on the colors. Or, if you want something
more complicated that can break down a picture into a set of optimized
tiles, use Rusty Wagner and Corey Taylor's Graphics Studio
(http://www.graphicsstudio.net/). They released a free version that works
for the TI calcs, which can be found on ticalc.org, or possibly on the
homepage.
