You'd have to create an interrupt program that prevents displaying the "check ram" screen and returns to the home screen instead. If you fill the textShad ram area with a false "check ram" screen, then no one would notice. You'd have to find a way to turn off the cursor though. I'm not sure if that's possible with just resetting a flag. Probably not. but by manipulating the standard interrupt handler things should work out.
