There's no license to violate.  I received my CD in the mail, and it's still
in the plastic wrap it arrived in.  If I put it in a shared drive, it
wouldn't be violating a license.  It would, however, be violating copyright
law.  IANAL, but I do not think that click through licenses for consumer
software are legal.  They violate the first sale doctrine.
