Tilemapping would not be useful in a bowling game.  It would be more useful 
in an RPG.  I am trying to figure it out myself right now.  So far, I have 
gotten a character to walk around the screen and go to different rooms.  I 
used TCPA's tile mapping routine by Dan E, which puts an 8x12 screen of 8x8 
sprites onto the screen.  Download Rusty Wagner's Graphics Studio  (search 
for "gs" on ticalc) to make sprites/maps/tiles easier.
