Yep, absolutely right. Be sure to compile your 83+ program binary though! Bin8x can't compile obj files (hex numbers) into 8xp files.

If you still want to make it twice the squished size by using objext files, try obj8x - in www.ticalc.org/pub/dos(/asm?) - but I can't think of any uses for that but wanting to change some bytes of your program when it's on-calc... (and for those kinds of thing we have calcsys to do it to binary files...)
