A83: Ion samples?

Is there any samples of ion code that has good documentation and are simple.
Like a sprite mover or something. I am trying to learn Ion but all the
tutorials are for TI-83 ASM and even when I change the things they say to
for ion, it never works.  Well, not never, but I've only displayed text so
far.
