you cant have looked very hard..  check under text\z80 in the archive
the file is called z80href.txt

- For available flags, check under the topic:  "Flags - The following
flags are available:"
- For information witch is set or cleared when, check the second column
in the instructions listing 
  in the same file...

Another file with info on flags, z80instr.txt in the same place as the
above file.
check the third column.

In z80iss.txt, same dir, Check second column..

You should only need the first file though..  I listed the other just in
case...
