Actually, I beleive the 83 is in fact slower...the reason for this I dont know. Maybe
its the routines built into the ROM. I reallly dont know. But I have palyed several
games on both of the 82 and 83 and the games on the 82 are always faster...its not
just visual, you can tell when controlling that the 82 is faster also. Penguins
is a good example. Thats my 2 cents. :)
