I don't know about which is use the most currently, but I think that mode is
the best key.  Think about it: [2nd] [MODE] = QUIT...This key is used all of
the time to exit menus and such.  Why not use it for assembly programs?  Also,
[CLEAR] is right below the arrow keys and it could be easily bumped by the
user when using the down arrow.  The 85 uses [EXIT] to exit (makes sense),
which is in the same spot on the keypad as [MODE].  Just somethings to
consider.
