Re: A82: Grayscale?

this is just a theory, because ive never even had experience using greyscale
in a program nor do i know completely how the code works to do it, but i
know that the routine has to flick the screens at a certain rythm to produce
the 4 colors. my idea is maybe if the routine didnt do it at a rythm, that
it just flicked them every interupt (or as fast as it can go, because maybe
u dont need to use the exact interupt speed, maybe u can somehow do it twice
every interupt) u could have 3 colors that dont flicker. this would make the
colors %01 and %10 the same but oh well. the other method i mentioned may
work because you can have the routine flip pages on the interupt and then
somewhere close to it in the actual gameloop. maybe if the routine flipped
the screens one after another in an instant at the interupt and u had the
darkness setting on the calc set high it could produce the right colors. i
dunno just ideas...
