This program is a complete game with five levels, and runs at a pretty good speed on an SE. Modification of this program is encouraged. Please feel free to use source from this program in your games. Cave story is a side scrolling shooter where you must adventure through a large world defeating enemies. There is a plot behind the game, and spoilers if you haven't played the original by Pixel! phoenix.zip	3k	03-10-19		Phoenix n this game you must destroy spaceships, it's classic "video game". Surely algorithm is fast - so I hope that game will be quite interesting! :) You can choose difficult level and speed of ships - of course when you choose harder game level you get more points.
phoenix2.zip	5k	02-08-05		Phoenix2: beta 5 This is the newest vertion of Phoenix2. you still get the same ship, their are 12 enemies and they all move. In this vertion you are back to your first weapon only, but all will be avalible in the final vertion, you can move in all four directions, and your health is displayed as a number (like Phoenix 3 (in ASM)), and you still get the same save game feature as the original. But, great news, the game doesn't slow down or overload EVER, and when you fire your weapon the game isn't put on hold untill the gun reaches the end of the screen. The enemie fire is more realistic, and you can kill the enemy ships. But you still can't beat the game as only the first level is avalable. Note: Due to the exchange in gunfire the internal prossesor has slown a little bit but ist is still pretty fast, and it was programed on the TI-83 Plus Silver Edition.
phoenix_basic.zip	10k	04-02-08		Phoenix BASIC 0.7b Wow! My first REAL game that I have ever programmed. This 'Phoenix' is based off of the real Phoenix by Patrick Davidson. You are a lone fighter trying to defend your homeplanet. As the enemy is killed more and more times, he gets stronger and maybe smarter. I programmed a shop so you can buy lives, damage upgrades, lasers, and Patriots! The enemy also has lasers and guided missles, so expect the unexpected! This works best under the Silver Edition, but it will not be as fast under the regular 83+ (it still runs nevertheless). Note the beta version, so check for updates on the ticalc.org front page!

phxbombr.zip	4k	04-12-26		Alex's Phoenix Bomber The story: Now that you single-handedly beat the whole fleet of bad guys in Patrick D.'s Pheonix, you have to find any escaping ships that you missed. The ones you will fight in this game are all boss ships that drop mines. They are flying away so the you are chasing them and can run into the mines they drop. You only fight one ship at a time, but they are bosses, so it is harder. There are five types of weapons, and there is a graphical display of your shields and ammo. The game also adjusts its difficulty to your playing level.

shipshooter.zip	52k	07-01-07		ShipShooter ShipShooter is a simple xLIB mini-game I made where you try to shoot as many ships as you can within 500 cycles. The more ships you shoot, the faster they go, making it harder to keep up. You'll need the xLIB application to play it. Update: I forgot to include the spritesheet (x.x) Fixed that. Also made a grouped version for those who are (unfortunantly) using TI-Connect.

sniper.zip	23k	08-05-27		Sniper v1.0 Sniper is my first shooter game. Basically, the title speaks for itself. You are a sniper, and your goal is to kill all your enemies. The thing is, your enemies will see you after a while, and they will shoot at you and disappear after they take a little life. You have nine hits as health. You also have unlimited ammo, but there is no such thing as an automatic sniper, so you have a seven shot clip. Play through eight levels, each harder then the rest, with thugs, terrorists, and invisible criminals, and if you get a high enough score, you could make the high score list. Don't forget to read the text file.
startrek83pl.zip	14k	07-09-08		Star Trek 83 Plus Star Trek 83 plus is a pseudo3d Star Trek game where you fight a Borg cube. You have to move around to be able to shoot it with your entire arsenal. This is currently a demo version, optimized from the 83 version. Future installments will include better menus, the Borg fighting back, and any bug killing that needs to be done along the way. Extremely fast on the SE calcs! All in pure BASIC!

Inituitive controls and interface (i.e. player 1 is a '1' and vice versa) make it suitable for playing during class. Simple yet addictive, plus no flashing, lagging whatsoever in game. Is this all still basic? Runs from MirageOS. Tested on TI-83+ and TI-84+.

Once you beat the game it shows your statistics...Time it took you, Score, Ratio of completion, and shots fired. There is also a HIGH SCORE feature, which is fun to have so that you can challenge your friends and stuff!
