Hmm I don't think a person who has owned their calc less than a month would be on this site, and definatly not sombody who dosen't own one.

You could be at this site and not have owned a calculator for very long. I've only had mine for two months and I come here everyday, not to mention Dimension TI and TI-Files.

Parents, Idiots who have no idea on anything. Also, I have mine for four years (most of mine) and I love VTI. It is the best.

Well I've had a calculator for 5 years now, and own both a Ti-85 an 82, and currently thinking about getting a 89. I find it quite odd that anybody who dosen't own a calculator would check up on this site enough and have signed up for an account. If you do why don't you go out and get a calc? most people new to calculators don't understand them enough to own a graphlink and be downloading from the internet. I find it takes at least a month for people to start to understand the real capabilities of these calculators beyond the six functions and graphing. If you picked up on the true power of the calculators in less than a week, more power to you. If you don't own one and your voting on this site, you must have nothing better to do.

Sorry about the grammer :) (I hate english)

I dunno. =) I've had my TI-86 for three years and my TI-89 for about three months now, and I learned the "full capabilities" of both in about a week each. I just love computers. =)

I have had my 85 for just over a year, and I came here before I bought it in search of information. I really want an 86 or 89 but I'm broke :-(

I own an 83 and I like it. Ive looked at an 86 and an 89 and I think it is too complicated and too slow to get around if your programming. Ya they might have more capabilities but I dont like them. I have not seen an 85 yet but Ive seen an 86 and a 89. If anything you should get a 92. They are also complicated but they can do alot.

Sometimes people come to this site without owning a calculators calculators...sadfully some come to illegally emulate games for calc...which is kinda dumb because if i were to illegally emulate games...i would emulate some games you can actually play with good graphics...

I've owned my 86 for a long time. Y'all programmers need to make a sniper program in ASM. I think it'd be cool.

I bought mine about 12 days ago I believe and it was actually this site and a few more that were referenced by this site that influenced me to take the plunge and spend the larger portion of some money that I had been saving to get a TI-86 at Walmart and I bought a TI-Graph Link, 7 foot data cable, and a Lime slide case off of TI's web site two days later. These calcs. are awesome! I'm sorta jealous of a friend who just upgraded to a TI-89 last week and sorta wonder if I should have gone the root of a TI-89 as I could still afford it when I was going to buy my TI-86. Oh well; my TI's still a great calc!
