In which case that would make him suicidal... hmm... maybe that's not the case then. But just in case......

P.S. I do actually have the code to do that, surprisingly enough.

I think so, wouldn't be surprised. I got the code because I was on the one site (randomly googling) and NAV said it deleted this virus in the cache as soon as I clicked it, so, I got the source code. It was actually a lot harder than I thought to get the source because NAV kept deleting it on me, lol

Cool-if you don't mind, could you please post/send me the source?

I doubt I could post it. It's rather long... and, I don't know if stuff like that is supposed to be posted. However, I could e-mail it to you (if NAV lets me, lol). Send me an e-mail so I can get your address next time I check it, and I'll try to send it. :)

You're right-posting it wouldn't be a good idea.

I hate it when NAV keeps deleting viruses and other exploits I've saved! (for analysis purposes, of course)

NAV even looks inside zipped (even gzipped) and uuencoded files, but it doesn't understand rot13. Haha! I fooled it! Of course, I can't spread^H^H^H^H^H^H^H use it while I'm in Windows with NAV running. No problem: I use Linux!

Try to save this small HTML file while NAV is running:

<html>
<form>
<input type crash>
</form>
</html>

Worked for me... which NAV do you have? I have NAV04... maybe I still have it disabled or something... =-o

Anyway, what's the code supposed to do? I doubt that would crash a webpage (if so, that's really funny).

What I did to trick NAV was just make a simple Javascript to output the virus code in a textarea field.

Say the virus code was VIR3SC0DE

Then, I'd have V I R 3 S C 0 D E stored is the Javascript file as a string, and it would just remove the spaces. It appears to work rather nicely.

Heh, NAV does like to "yell" a lot and keep you from viewing virus code (fun stuff to do :-D), which I admit, is incredibly annoying, but it's saved my butt many times, so I can't dislike it.

I don't know which version of NAV we have (I'm in Linux right now). That HTML crashes older versions of MS IE; it might crash recent versions too, but I don't think I could test it with NAV running.

Dude, lay off the sugar! (Replace "sugar" with one of many other illegal things this person may have been using.)
I'm joking, it really is kinda funny.
