Looks to me like your problem is that the last two //s are getting
seperated from the eoj.
Try instead doing this:
// job
appunsub ti-hardware Raven@ultraSW.com \ 3DEADDFA:1B44.1:gvuneqjner
// eoj
If I don't hear back, I'll assume I was correct.
