Even if you could, you wouldn't be able to reprogram it in-circuit
without some major changes.

If you got another chip exactly the same as the one already in there, it
might be possible to piggy-back it and double the memory.  You'd need to
disconnect one chip-select lead and connect it to the high address line
from the ROM.  

Both of these are surface mount chips, which means some seriously tricky
soldering, probably with a grounded iron, with pads that are probably
about 0.05 inches apart.
