To know this you have to know the trigger voltage for the chip you are
using.  Then you can use a formula to calculate it out.  

The best way to do this would be to use a freq. counter with a hi Z
input coupled to the timing circuit. 
I can supply a formula if you still need it, but you will have to know
the triger voltage for the chip.

As I have stated before, I am a analog guy.  This is accurate to the
best of my knowledge.
