Preferrably $50 or less, possibly $100 at max.

#3 (Not really necessary I think, but won't fight back if it is in there.)

#2 (Maybe also a possibility to switch 2 calcs into a 'private' mode, so
they wouldn't need need any id stuuf slowing the link down and wouldn't also
be bothered by the other calcs linking on the network.)

#2 (The TI-protocol would propably be nearly vital to my suggestion at the
end and also a compatibility mode would be needed for asm games.)

#1 (Could this be done so, that you'd have a knob which you turn to
determine the range? I myself think I'd easily use 30+ meters of range, but
as it might get interference on the way from other radio sources and stuff,
it would be great to be able to adjust the range with the knob, so you could
try to cut out as much interference as possible, or boost the range, if
there was no interference or the other link could not be contacted.)

Could I have a module that plugs into my computer so it could send files or
something, maybe plugging it to the 3,5mm plug on my $4 serial link? (I cut
my TI<->TI link cable in half and added 3,5mm contacts on each end, so it
can have added length and is easier to work with plugging modules, as I like
working with th 3,5mm connector so much more than the 2,6 that's a) hard to
find in stereo and b) has to be physically modified to even fit the 86's
end. Also, my link cable half with the 3,5mm female works instantly as a
headphone plug for progs that use sounds.
