You have basically one viable option.  Obtain the entire LCD
PCB assembly from another TI-86, preferably of the same hardware
revision (different revisions may be compatible, but I have no
information).  The cable used to connect the display PCB and
the main PCB can be replaced with a segment of standard ribbon
cable which can be soldered directly to the copper foil.

The glass LCD panel itself is not replicable without special
tools and adhesives which you probably do not have access to,
and cannot obtain for a reasonable price.
