Thats fine.

Its "recomended" that for optimal signal propagation (I don't care about
spelling and I'm tired) that you crimp the cables correct.  (Using the
twisted pairs for the differential ethernet signal)

Any way will work as long as the cable isn't too long (depends on the
hardware) and wires from one end match the other end.
