Actually, if you should be fully correct, the ground cable (thats the striped
one) of the two middle pairs, should switch place with eachother at both sides.
The cable will still be straight through, but the impedance (hmm.. don't really
know the correct english word) will change.
An expensive cabletester will find this (very common) error.
It doesn't really matter with short cables, but when you go up to be close to
the limits (80m-100m), you will experience problems.
If you run 100Mbit, it could also be a good idea to do it really right, to gain
maximum speed.
