Are you sure we have the right to do that? I don't think they (the vendor)
will just let go a new calc to replace mine immediately. I went to talk to
them and they asked me to send it back to TI by my own, along with the
warranty certificate.

Can anyone confirm whether we have the right to ask the vendor to replace
a new calc immediately so that we won't have to wait??
