Yep, probably market it as a 'blend of the finest tobacco and cannibis'.

Yep, I find it interesting that the government uses scare tactics and
misinformation to try and keep people off of drugs, instead of
honost education.  I think this is due to the fact that they know that
if they were to use education and real facts people would realize
that many of the illegal substances aren't bad if used in a responsible
manner, much the way most people use alcohol and tobacco,
both of which are addictive and damaging when used irresponsibly.

You'd think that by now the people responsible for these tactics would
realize that ingnorance and misinformation are NOT effective ways
to control the American population.  After many years of attempting
to stamp out illegal drug usage only marginal progress has been
made (depending on who you ask).
