That is, if you are set to general access.  If the parental controls on the
master account (kinda like root for your internet connection for those of
you who are AOL illiterate) are set to anything less than general, AOL
does not even give you a TCP/IP connection and Netscape does not
function at all.  This is obvious and logical seeing as how their internet
censoring would be useless since you aren't going through their proxy.
