I play the bass trombone.  Do you play a standard one?

I just started making something similar like this for a science
experiment.l  But I just forgot about your mouth patterns or whatever...  I
have about 4 pneumatic relays connected to an old mouthpiece.  The harder
you blow toe higher the pitch.  I also made an F key, but havn't programmed
it yet.

I've got MIDI interface code...  I'll give it to you if your interested.

What I'm doing for the slide is getting one of the 10 turn radioshack
rehostat (sp) and hooking it with someother junk to an A/D converter.  That
means you can get the proper slide tone for jazz music.  Is this what you
were doing?

The tuba one is easier.  Flute/Eb clarinet even easier since they have
different fingerings for each note.


What are you doing with 16 wires connected to your lip?
