Can't answer that one, 'cause I don't know.  Check out www.RobotStore.com if
you haven't already.  Also, Rich might know about this.  I think the main
thing that affects how it contracts is actually the amps.  It contracts
because it gets heated up from the resistance, not because of the actual
electricity.

They contract in one-thousandth of a second or less.  However, they take time
to relax after current is stopped, I believe.
