If you want to, go ahead (although i'll be making a port of mine once it's
complete. I do run Linux on my notebook, but i'd rather not use a P120 for
my primary box). If you're going for X i'd recommend the gtk+ toolkit, i've
done a lot fo work with it, and It makes writing just about anything
trivial. Or, if you're adventurous, go with pure Xlib...
