TI-H:TI-85:And the 92!!! A few ideas...about METER

Hey! I was the guy who thought of this several days ago......if ya don't
believe me, search through your inboxes for my message. Anyway, I was trying
to do some some tests with calc controlled LEDs (although I have quickly
shifted attention to calc controlled robotics), but I couldn't get my calc's
link cable to work.....I mean it worked, but there was always a voltage in
it, so my whole Latching CMOS circuit took a dive for the garbage can. I was
gonna have the calc send a file (AKA just send voltage through the line),
and then a digital circuit do a kind of latching relay--made sense....send
voltage burst the LED would go on, send voltage burst again it would go off,
but there always was voltage in the cable. I guess I coulda fixed this by
using resistors, etc. but I didn't have the time. I would be very interested
in creating something like this, but I'd need help. The only thing I can
think of was if I were to sell them, and give everyone who helped a "cut" of
the retail price every time someone bought them. I would say to have
everyone help, but people would just help me for a week, and then just leave
me dangling there all by myself. But if money was involved, people would
stay until it was finished. Just a thought..........If your interested email
me at ffolkes@ffolkes.com with METER in the subject so I don't accidentally
delete your message.

It would be called MCCMM.....Modular Calculator Multi-Meter
Or if you think of something better, tell me!
It would work for the TI-92+, 92, the TI-89 and the TI-86. I dunno know to
do it with calcs with small amounts of memory, because the software to run
it would be pretty big.
Thanks,
ffolkes
